Shipping charges are based on a flat rate depending on the weight of order. Items will be shipped within 1 business day of order via USPS or UPS depending on the weight of the package. Expedited shipping is available, if needed. Orders placed for in-store pick-up will be ready within one business day at no additional cost.
In-store returns: returns will be accepted on items in unworn condition with original tags still attached within 14 days of purchase date for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit will be issued via an email address and may be used in-store or online.
Online returns: Items returned via mail must be received 7 days after date of delivery to receive a store credit. No returns by mail will be accepted after 7 days. The Gray Dragon, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping, items are to be shipped by customer to:

Local pickup orders not picked up in a timely manner will not be refunded and are not eligible for a refund or exchange after 30 days. They will remain in store and can be picked up at your convenience, however, after 14 days these items are yours and are ineligible for a return.
